By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to uphold the quality of service and fairness for all our valued clients and staff.

Appointments

To ensure availability and your preferred choice of stylist, we recommend booking your appointment in advance. You may book through our reception team, our official website, or via any of our approved communication channels. For certain services or treatments, a prior consultation may be required before confirming your booking.

Appointment Confirmation

We will send you a reminder at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, either through WhatsApp or a phone call. We kindly ask that you confirm or cancel your booking within 24 hours of receiving this reminder. In the event that we do not receive a confirmation from you, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and may be offered to another client on our waitlist.

Appointment Cancellation

We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may result in charges or the loss of any deposit paid. If a client repeatedly cancels or reschedules, we may require a 50% deposit for future bookings to be confirmed.

Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise unexpectedly, and we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if anything happens that prevents you from keeping your appointment.

By adhering to these policies, you help us maintain the high standard of service excellence that we aim to achieve.

Salon Deposit Policy

Appointments that involve multiple services or require extended time slots may necessitate a non-refundable deposit of AED 200 or more. This deposit is used to secure your booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be refunded in full. However, if the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice or if you do not attend the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the outcome of your hair service, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will evaluate your concern and, if appropriate, offer a correction service at no additional cost. Please note that this guarantee is only valid if the original service was performed by a Tara Rose stylist and no adjustments have been made by another person or salon.

Service Adjustments and Refunds

While we do not provide monetary refunds for services that have been completed, we are committed to addressing any concerns in line with our 7-day guarantee. If you are unhappy with your results, we encourage you to contact our team promptly so that we can arrange a consultation or offer the appropriate service correction.

Pricing and Payments

Prices may vary based on the specific service, the level of your stylist, and any additional treatments or time required. Final pricing will be confirmed during your in-person consultation prior to beginning the service. We accept payments through various channels including cash, credit and debit cards, and approved Tara Rose gift cards.

Respectful Conduct

We maintain a salon environment built on care, respect, and empowerment for both our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who exhibits inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior, as we aim to uphold a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all.

You must not interfere with or disrupt the site’s functionality, nor use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Modifications

Tara Rose Hair & Beauty Salon reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website. Continued use of our services or website following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
