Booking & Cancellation Policy

We respect your time. We ask you to respect ours.

Giving Us Notice

Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we just ask for 48 hours' notice

That gives us enough time to offer the slot to another client who's waiting. You can reach us on WhatsApp, give us a call, or message us directly — whatever's easiest for you.

Appointment Reminders

We send a reminder via WhatsApp or phone 48 hours before your appointment. If we don't hear back from you within 24 hours of that reminder, we may release your slot so it doesn't go to waste.

A quick reply — even just a thumbs up — is all we need to hold your booking.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

Need to move things around? We'll do our best to find a time that works for you.

Repeat cancellations or no-shows — if this happens more than once, we'll ask for a 50% deposit to secure your next appointment. This helps us keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Emergencies & Exceptions

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you can. We look at every situation individually and will always try to work something out.
